Description
SAIC has an opening for a Military Operations Director in Fort Sill, OK. Hybrid Remote Responsibilities and Duties: Duties will be to investigate, collaborate, and steer all efforts and opportunities related to the Fires area of execution. This includes routine coordination with Ft Sill CDID, individual ACMs, LRPF and AMD CFTs, and all subordinate organizations and personnel. The overarching goal will be to combine ongoing and future military capability gaps with solutions while positioning SAIC to be involved with those solutions. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more of related experience. REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have extensive knowledge in the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) domain areas that surround the Fires warfighting function. Must understand, be fluent in, and be a subject matter expert in past, present, and future command and control applications. Must have extensive experience in all phases of the acquisition life cycle of weapon systems. Must have experiential and relationship knowledge of past, present, and upcoming Fires leadership personnel. REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret security clearance or higher U.S. citizenship required
