Forces Mutual is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Military Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales, promote customer advocacy, and deliver tailored financial solutions to military personnel, staff, and their families.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of the Armed Services environment (desirable).
  • Experience in financial services or face-to-face sales (desirable).
  • Familiarity with financial protection products and a customer-first approach.
  • Confident using technology such as smartphones and wearable devices.
  • Computer literate with basic numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Mobile and willing to travel as needed.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Military Sales Advisor, you will represent Forces Mutual, delivering financial protection and wellbeing solutions that meet the unique needs of the Military community. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering relationships, promoting our products, and differentiating our brand from the competition.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, their families, and camp personnel.
  • Assist Senior Advisors with the booking, administration, and delivery of main briefings.
  • Confidently deliver smaller briefings, G1 days, health fairs, and wellbeing initiatives, promoting products like pensions, financial protection, ISAs, Kit Insurance, PA Insurance, and Travel Insurance.
  • Provide tailored advice on life protection products to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards in all sales administration.
  • Exceed personal sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and referrals.
  • Track and manage income through effective pipeline management.
  • Stay aligned with the company’s Training and Competency Scheme, applying knowledge to achieve objectives.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours and environments to achieve results.
