PROCESSING OPERATOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Processing Operator to join our existing processing team at our dairy in Bridge of Allan. Reporting directly to the Processing Manager, you will be entrusted with a high degree of independence and have a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful impact towards our ever-growing business.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 and will include weekends. Shift pattern: 2330 – 0800, 0400 – 1230, 1000 – 1830

· Raw milk intake, leasing with tanker drivers.
· Pasteurising milk and cream, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
· Cleaning equipment both manually and on CIP.
· Completion of operational logs and data sheets.
· Sampling for quality assurance testing.
