About the role An opportunity has come up to be involved in some casual work for Synlait in Dunsandel. The immediate opportunity is to pick up work from March through to July, and this may extend to future casual work opportunities. Synlait is a dynamic company with a strong purpose led culture of ‘Doing Milk Differently for a Healthier World’. You’ll be joining the Sustainability Advisors in the Milk Supply team to assist with data collection required for the end of the dairy season. The casual contract will include working with an on farm data base and visiting farms (between the Ashburton and Waimakariri areas) for data collection purposes. We are looking for someone that has: * Great communication skills * Great time management skills * The ability to problem solve * Use of Microsoft Excel * Has a great attention to detail Knowledge in dairy farm systems is preferred, but not essential.
