Description As a Mill Hand, person in this position will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality ballscrews. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Maintain a clean and organized work area Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to operate machinery and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills
