If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Mill Sales Manager. In this role, you will report to the Head of Region CN South Sales. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Execute sales process and plans in services business expansion e.g. rebuilds, improvements, upgrades, maintenance, replacement, spare parts, consumables, fabrics or other possibilities. Collect market data, investigate the competition, identify prospects and convert them to the organization. Identify customer needs and provide them suitable and value-added solutions. Manage customer contacts and develop relationships. Coordinate all service and capital business related activities in designated mills Make sales budget, planning, action plan and order forecast, and follow up the payment for designated mills. Work together with all Business Areas/Units to improve customer experience of co-operating / doing business with Valmet. Act in compliance with laws, Valmet Code of Conducts and other requirements on compliance. Implement other tasks assigned by the manager. To be successful in this role, we expected you with Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / chemical / automation or pulping & papermaking engineering. At least 5 years ‘experience working in pulp and paper industries. Self-motivated and passionate about work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth. Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English. High degree of integrity and honesty. Willingness and ability to travel.
