The Role: Our Mill Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with daily mill operations to maintain a steady workflow throughout the entire production process. What A Day in The Life Looks Like: Monitor and operate the computer blending/receiving system. Generate delivery tickets on the outbound feed. Receive and unload incoming bagged ingredients. Pre-check all incoming truck loads to the mill. Work with the mill manager to coordinate scheduled downtime Work closely with customer service on customer pick-ups. Load customer products and complete necessary pre/post paperwork. This is a second shift position in Sparta, with working hours of 11:30 a.m.—8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For your own protection, you will have to operate in a range of Wisconsin temperatures and lift up to 60 pounds.
