关键工作职责及时间权重序号关键职责时间权重 (%) 1 向车间班长汇报工作，模范遵守公司的各项规章制度。 25 2 严格执行《叉车安全操作规程》。按《叉车点检记录表》逐项点检叉车，发现隐患及问题及时报告班长报修，并填好叉车点检记录。 15 3 班组现场5S管理持续改善和提高，叉车、添加剂、托盘定置存放 15 4 按《入库码放标准》执行，入库过程中杜绝货叉破损包装，入库后发现有倾斜的包装要及时调整。25公斤包装在码放托盘后必须确认产品包装是否准确，吨包装入库时唛头要朝外面。 15 5 定期完成清理磨机管道、布袋、下料收集器。1至6号雷蒙机的渣清倒至车间西边指定存放区。7至9号除尘器的粉尘及时返到入料口 10 6 降低成本，节约原材料，在使用托盘前要检查托盘是否完好，有订子突出的必须修好再用。 10 7 工作执行到位，不折不扣负责完成上级交办的其他事项及其他份内工作事项 10
