序号关键职责时间权重 (%) 1 向车间班长汇报工作，遵守公司的各项规章制度，履行交接班制度 25 2 严格执行工艺规程，确保单袋重量粒度符合质量要求，造纸土取频次为每吨5次，完成单袋重量的自检工作，随时观察粒度的变化，随时观察分析机是否正常运转，当分析机偷停时必须及时告知班长，问题解决后方可生产 15 3 班组现场5S管理持续改善和提高，包装物、工具定置存放 15 4 使用包装时必须符合与所生产的产品是否准确，挂吨包装时唛头要朝外面。 15 5 定期完成清理磨机附近区域的卫生。1至6号雷蒙机的渣用废旧的包装袋去接，袋满时及时更换。 10 6 降低成本，节约原材料，在使用托盘前要检查托盘是否完好，有订子突出的必须修好再用。 10 7 工作执行到位，不折不扣负责完成上级交办的其他事项及其他份内工作事项 10
