Mills Production & Planning Director is Highly Needed to Join Eshratex' Cotton Spinning Company Alexandria -Egypt , Expertise in Cotton Spinning & Textile Industry Is A Must. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Scheduling Capacity Mapping: Analyze and calculate the production capacity of various departments Master Production Schedule (MPS): Develop and maintain the MPS to ensure all customer orders are scheduled based on priority, delivery dates, and machine availability. Time & action Management: Create and monitor the Time & Action Calendar for every order, tracking milestones from lab-dip approval to final packing. Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Forecast and coordinate the procurement of raw materials Lean Manufacturing: Apply Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Just-in-Time) to improve floor efficiency and reduce "lead time" from order to shipment. Inter-departmental Coordination: Lead daily production meetings with Merchandisers and Floor Managers to resolve issues regarding quality, shortages, or technical delays. KPI Tracking: Report on key metrics including Efficiency %, Downtime, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Right First Time (RFT) in dyeing. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Age: 35-45 years old preferably (Maximum) Experience: 10-15 years of experience in production planning specifically within a textile or apparel manufacturing environment. Attributes: Exceptional analytical skills, ability to work under high pressure, and a "problem-solver" mindset when dealing with supply chain disruptions. Compensation & Benefits: Transportation, Competitive Salary , Social & Medical Insurance. Work Location & Times: Saturdays-Thursdays , 8 am - 4 pm , Borg El Arab Industrial Area-2nd , Block 34.
