JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Millwork/Cabinetry Department Manager will be responsible for supervising installation crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or related trade
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a construction/installation setting
  • Strong understanding of cabinet construction, finishes, and hardware
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage cabinet installation projects from start to finish
  • Supervise and support installation crews, ensuring work meets company standards
  • Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients to confirm project details
