About the Role
We’re looking for a Draftsperson with Microvellum software experience to support our Senior Project Management team in creating and managing detailed shop drawings for custom woodworking projects.
Responsibilities
· Interpret architectural and construction drawings
· Align design scope with project estimates
· Produce accurate shop drawings for internal and client review
· Ensure all drawings meet AWMAC and AWI standards
· Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators on site measurements and value engineering suggestions
· Maintain deadlines and drawing accuracy
· Assist with other drafting-related duties as needed
Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microvellum software (required)
· Experience with AutoCAD
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints (metric & imperial)
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
· Strong attention to detail and precision
· Millwork experience and/or project coordination skills are considered strong assets
