KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair production, utility, and processing equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on plant machinery (ice machines, freezer systems, dock cranes, conveyor systems, etc.)
• Fabricate and weld custom parts when required
• Conduct and document regular equipment inspections
• Support and train plant staff on new equipment installation and use
• Collaborate with operating engineers to ensure systems are fully operational
• Assist with emergency breakdowns and provide overtime support as needed
