Description

Canadian Executive Search Group is looking for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright for one of our clients in automotive manufacturing (hot stamping).

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and efficient manner
  • Strong troubleshoot abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non-routine
  • Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
  • Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Stamping equipment i.e. feed line systems experience is an asset
  • 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, midnights)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A)

Additional Information:

  • Wage dependent on experience between $30 – $38/hour, with possibly some flexibility.
  • Potential employees could be subject to a 10% quarterly bonus dependent on the Company hitting certain targets.
