We’re seeking a Millwright to join our client’s team in the packaging industry in Cornwall.

• Perform mechanical installation according to industry standards.
• Install new equipment as instructed.
• Perform repairs/modifications of mechanical problems on plant machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair broken-down equipment.
• Complete repairs within a reasonable time frame.
• Be at your workstation when scheduled and remain for the duration of the assignment.
• Use a logical process to identify and repair breakdowns.
• Use welding and grinding equipment to fabricate parts where required.
• Organize parts areas.
• Correctly enter computer W/O specific details, parts/machine shop, requisitions as required.
• Complete documentation of work performed and parts re-order sheets.
• Research parts (where required) so that correct information provided when requesting parts to be ordered.
• Input required computer information.
• Clearly express ideas/concepts & instructions as required.
