Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair various machinery, i.e., CNC Wire Forming Machines, Dedicated Wire Benders, Resistance Welders, Robotic MIG Welding Cells, Butt Welders, Crimping Presses, Wire Cut and Straighteners, Uncoilers, Roll formers, Large Stamping Presses/Air Feeders using various troubleshooting skills and tools; i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic.
  • Experience with stamping press a must have including level ram, adjust gibs, mechanical clutch and brake systems plus press level.
  • Replace electrical components, i.e. sensors, cables, switches.
  • Replace and repair Pneumatic & Mechanical Components
  • Able to do manual MIG welding
  • Operate tool room equipment ex. Mills, lathes
