OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team, both working in our large shop and on site at local industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to work on various systems and equipment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
Millwright /Mechanic required with 5 plus years of experience. The job involves moving and setting up machinery, alignment of machinery, mechanical assembly, modifications and repairs to existing equipment. A welding background is preferred with some experience in TIG welding and GMAW welding to a CWB test level. Must be able to work from drawings and be able to do light welding fabrication. Other elements include rigging and removal of pumps, motors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of industrial experience involving the installation and maintenance of equipment
• Some welding experience with stainless light gauge material
• Some fabricating experience building jigs, guards, and work stands for production machinery
• Has had CWB tickets and can retest
• Valid drivers licence
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
