You'll help ensure our equipment is ready to perform when the next shift arrives. Your responsibilities include: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment Weld, fabricate, and repair piping, conveyor systems, and structural components Install and replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, rollers, and other mechanical components Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled equipment inspections Identify potential mechanical issues before they lead to downtime Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, torches, manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and production personnel What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings: Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Mechanical Maintenance Technician Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Welding and fabrication experience Experience working with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and rotating equipment Ability to read measuring tools and perform precision repairs Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Welding certification Industrial manufacturing, quarry, or aggregate experience Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience Rigging or crane experience Work Environment This position works in an active industrial environment both indoors and outdoors.
