QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright in a manufacturing environment.
• 433A Millwright License from Skilled Trades Ontario (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps.
• Experience with facility maintenance and industrial machinery repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
• Availability for overnight shifts and overtime as required.

• Work collaboratively with maintenance technicians and tradespersons to address facility needs and ensure efficient equipment operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, including pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel, lubrication, cooling, and exhaust systems, pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices to safely move equipment and components.
• Troubleshoot facility equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform mechanical repairs to address facility malfunctions and improve efficiency.
• Assemble, install, calibrate, and align machinery to meet operational standards.
• Complete and document work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
