JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
· Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
· Uphold and enforce safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory compliance.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and reports.
· Support capital projects, upgrades, and reliability initiatives.
· Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize plant performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Journeyperson Millwright certification OR a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
· 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment is an asset.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
· Hands-on experience operating cranes and rigging equipment to move and align heavy machinery.
· Proficient with precision measuring tools and alignment techniques.
· Familiar with maintenance management systems and basic computer applications.
· Safety-focused, with a strong understanding of company and regulatory safety standards.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay rates or salaries will be based on experience and current market standards. Only selected candidates will be contacted.

Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
