About the Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Mine Foreman to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Underground Manager and work on an 8:6 roster.
Your focus will be on overseeing underground operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work practices.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating activities with mining business partners, including site readiness, risk assessments, and data validation.
• Conducting regular inspections of underground workings to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Overseeing accurate data reporting into Pitram and reviewing daily operational data and plods.
• Supporting project work, including onboarding, goal setting, and critical control verifications.
• Managing coordination between teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Mentoring and supporting technical team members in operational best practices.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in underground mining, including extensive experience as a Shift Supervisor.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency.
• Contractor management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Current C-class manual driver’s licence.
