Responsibilities Lead the Mine Planning and Technical Services teams in delivering high-quality mine plans Develop and oversee implementation of mining strategies to maximize resource extraction Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for mining projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mining operations Provide technical direction and support for mining operations Monitor and report on mine performance against budget and forecasts Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with significant experience in mine planning Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental practices Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in mine planning software and geological modeling tools
