What you’ll be doing As a Mine Site Parts Coordinator at Hastings Deering, you will: Deliver quality service – Manufacture and assemble fluid hoses and liaise with customers supporting their needs Quality and Detail - Identification and trouble-shooting for hose solutions Work to a plan - Receive on-site orders for immediate supply for planned work while also monitoring Inventory control and maintaining stock levels Follow the right procedures – research and consult the correct and latest service information systems for specific procedures, instructions and specifications. Do it once, do it right – take every step to ensure workmanship is fault-free ensuring quality in the finished product and any rework is avoided. Continuous improvement - Provide regular updates for process improvement and maintaining Hastings Deering standards Support genuine parts sales– promote and advise on the use of genuine Caterpillar parts to maximise performance and reliability.
