JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serves as an Application Specialist in Mining Technology industry. Leverages mining technology application knowledge to increase safety and improve mining operations, process, change management, increase customer loyalty, and improve sales force effectiveness. This position supports new and ongoing MineStar Command for Hauling operations. Application Specialist manages the autonomous tucks fleet, supporting mining customers on achieving a safer and more productive operation. Also supplies recommendations back through the Product Development group to influence future product development. This position will influence market requirements, trends, and key areas for product improvement. The Application Specialist is assigned to a mine site and reports the operation and system performance to a Technology Site Manager assigned to the same operation.
