If it’s good people, good work, great opportunities and a great lifestyle you want, CBH is what you’re looking for.  The Role Join our Mingenew (Area 2) team as a Site Manager (Senior Receival Point Operator) on a full-time permanent basis.   This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced operator who enjoys taking the lead with site operations, supporting team capability and ensuring safe, efficient grain handling for our Growers. You’ll be a key point of contact on-site, helping maintain operational readiness throughout the year.   Roster: Monday to Friday, with additional weekend hours available   Responsibilities include: Provide daily guidance, oversight and support to RPOs and seasonal employees Assist with training and mentoring new team members Support the Area Manager and Specialist Operations, acting as an escalation point for operational issues and decision-making on site Build strong relationships with local growers and act as a trusted on‑site contact Operating and maintaining equipment in a safe and hygienic manner Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain   About You: Experience in grain handling, agriculture, logistics, or a related operational environment Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members Strong awareness of safety practices, operational risk and compliance standards Hold an unrestricted and valid driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentration Willingness to live in or relocate to Mingenew, or to utilise provided on-site accommodation   Why work with CBH?  A good bunch of people   We are powered by a good bunch of people who genuinely make CBH a good place to work.
