Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Mini Bar Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by ensuring that in-room mini bars are well-stocked, meticulously maintained, and accurately billed. Restock and replenish mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other items Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of mini bar consumption Ensure mini bar fridges are clean, organised, and in proper working condition Process guest charges accurately and efficiently Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar servicing during room turnovers Adhere to hygiene standards and food safety regulations Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department Assist in tracking mini bar consumption trends to optimise inventory management Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with guests Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality is preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Basic maths and computer skills for inventory management and billing Physical ability to lift and carry supplies and walk for extended periods Exceptional communication and customer service skills Knowledge of mini bar operations and refrigeration equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with food and beverage inventory management practices Understanding of local health and safety regulations Basic knowledge of guest privacy and security protocols Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is an advantage Additional Information What awaits you...
