Job Description Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels of mini bar items, including beverages, snacks, and amenities. Monitor stock rotation and expiration dates to minimize waste. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile with the system. Mini Bar Maintenance: Inspect mini bars daily for cleanliness, functionality, and any damage. Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed. Ensure mini bars are properly stocked and organized before guest check-in. Staff Management: Train and supervise mini bar staff on proper stocking procedures, guest service, and cash handling. Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback. Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries related to mini bar services. Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. Financial Management: Monitor mini bar revenue and expenses. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Implement strategies to increase mini bar revenue and minimize costs. Security: Ensure the security of mini bar inventory and cash. Implement measures to prevent theft and loss. Comply with all hotel security policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of inventory control and financial management.
