INTRODUCTION TO ROLE  The mini-golf attendant position regulates guests’ entry into and out of the golf course. Responsible for assisting guests with the game card kiosk and prize redemption. Work is performed under the general supervision of Attractions Management. * Benefits eligibility: * Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits. Eligible for sick time and holiday pay. You possess excellent communication skills.  WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\ Mini-Golf: * Greet customers and complete all sales transactions. * Perform shift opening and closing duties. * Provide golf balls and clubs to mini-golf customers. * Operate cash register, receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable. * Inspect mini golf course and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order. * Remove trash before the entrance and clear all bins throughout the course. * Other duties as assigned by management. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Provide details of who this role collaborates with and in what capacity.  WHAT YOU BRING   * Must be 15 years of age or older * 100% attendance at the training session * The ability to sit for long periods * Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly * Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee must frequently lift or move items over fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and you may sometimes be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for.
