Arbeitsort: Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Power-MOS-Transistoren mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik mit 300-mm-Technologie, die ab 2026 produktionsfähig sein wird. Mit der Expansion erweitern wir unsere Produktionskapazitäten und schaffen damit 150 zusätzliche Arbeitsplätze.
