We are looking for a FULL-TIME Dental Administrator to join our friendly team Start date for this position is ASAP
We are a family owned office that is big on team work and positive work environment. If you are a positive energetic individual that enjoys working with people this is the place for you.

The ideal candidate must be:

  • A team player, fast learner, strong computer and pleasant communication skills.
  • Front desk experience in Dental environment is very essential.
  • Experience in Cleardent / Akitu One software is a definite advantage but NOT must.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix and familiarity with electronic medical records systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
