DESCRIPTION

Minimum Data Set RN located at Little Company of Mary San Pedro Hospital working 8 hour Per Diem/Day shifts.
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for conducting and coordinating the MDS Assessment with the appropriate participation of health professionals. Knowledge of care required: Young Adult to Geriatric.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
• 2 years of LTC facility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 1 year of recent direct patient hospital care or work experience in a Long Term care or Sub Acute and/or TCU setting.
