CONSULTANTS NEEDED: Operations – Mining
Location: South America (Remote with 100% Travel)

As a consultant, you will lead high-impact mining projects that improve safety, optimize productivity, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Optimize Mine Production & Planning – Improve scheduling, shift planning, and operational workflows for both surface and underground operations.
• Enhance Safety & Regulatory Compliance – Implement best-in-class safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and drive a culture of safety excellence.
• Streamline Operations for Maximum Efficiency – Reduce bottlenecks, increase haul truck productivity, and improve material flow management.
• Apply Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytics and operational KPIs to optimize performance and reduce operating costs.
• Lead Process Improvement Initiatives – Implement Lean Mining, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Align production, maintenance, and supply chain functions to create seamless mining operations.
• Coach & Train Client Teams – Equip mine operators, planners, and supervisors with the tools and skills to sustain improvements.
