Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

RPMGlobal is looking for an experienced short-term mine planning expert to support its growing global client base. This position will collaborate with specialists in mine scheduling and design to deliver the world’s leading software solution, XECUTE.
The Mining Consultant will support clients in implementing RPM software, with a focus on short-term planning solutions. This role is part of the global consulting team, delivering mine scheduling software implementation projects. It will utilise a working knowledge of mining engineering, mine design, planning, simulation, and scheduling to implement business software solutions that meet RPM clients’ needs.
This role would suit a Production Engineer or Short-Term Mine Planner with practical site operational experience.
This is a permanent, full-time role based out of Perth. Regular domestic travel is a requirement of this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scope, implement and configure RPM Software for clients with a focus on the RPM short term mine planning products (XECUTE).
  • Provide training, support and client liaison for existing clients.
  • Assist with the provision of general software consulting services as required.
  • Identify new clients for both RPM software and consulting services.
  • Maintain high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist the RPM business development team in promoting the use of RPM software to potential clients.Provide input into the future direction of RPM software products and consulting services.
