This residential role in Kalgoorlie-Boulder operates on an 8/6 roster, 12-hour shifts, offering the perfect balance between career progression and lifestyle. • Driving mining success by producing high-impact weekly schedules aligned with monthly and quarterly plans.
• Providing clear, effective work instructions for production and ancillary activities, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.
• Overseeing Drill and Blast QA/QC activities to maintain precision and efficiency, enhancing overall performance.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimise production outcomes and improve operational strategies.
• Monitoring, reporting, and ensuring seamless compliance with production schedules, helping to deliver on key performance indicators.
