Employee Assistance Program Long service leave pro rata after 5 years of continuous service Educational assistance   About the role: Routine inspections of machinery and fixed plant and carry out preventive measures and condition reporting Fault-finding, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of the communications networks. Experience using Spectrum Analyzer and OTDR necessary Design, repair, and Installation of Operational Technology and Systems onboard Surface Mining Equipment. , Wenco fleet management, 2way Radio and collision awareness systems Design, repair, and installation of communications equipment on Trailers, including: 4G LTE, MW network links, Fibre Optics, Structured Cabling Programming Motorola Digital Radios  Commissioning of new communication technology introduced to the site Recording all relevant information into goldfields CMMS- AMT/SAP as required Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment   About you:  Previous experience in radio communications, telemetry networks and maintenance in surface and underground mining environment Open cabling ticket with fibre endorsement, structured cabling and coaxial is desirable  Tertiary qualification in IT, Communications and or Instrumentation is desirable WA “A” Class Electrical Workers License – Highly Desirable Current manual C Class Driver’s License         Applications can be submitted via: https://careers.goldfields.com/Australia   Gold Fields is committed to achieving an inclusive workforce.
