You can find more about ACC and the work we do here [https://www.acc.co.nz/].  About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi The Ministerial Services Manager leads a team to provide effective support services to ACC, the Minister and Associate Minister for ACC. This role is responsible for the management and oversight of briefings, select committee processes, parliamentary questions etc. You’ll support your team to achieve their full potential and foster a culture of collaboration, while also driving continuous improvement in service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency. This is a high-profile role leading a team that is critical to the relationship between the Minister’s offices and ACC. You will have access to a range of stakeholders, who value and support the work of the team. The volume and complexity of work is significant and the right person for the role will be agile and proactive in managing its allocation and delivery. We anticipate a particularly complex political environment, and the ideal candidate will have the skills required to navigate this. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, within the Government Engagement team, based in Wellington. The appointing salary for this role will sit between $117,787 and $152,431 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
