Position: Ministry Intern    Position type: non-exempt, part-time, May 2026, through August 31, 2026. Position Summary:   Assist and serve as part of a Ministry team that is inspiring people to follow Jesus.  QUALITIES + QUALIFICATIONS  Uphold Biblical priorities through a growing personal relationship with Jesus.  Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.  Encompass the qualities and characteristics of Concord staff members as outlined in our Staff Values.  High school diploma required; applicants must be at least one-year post-graduation.  Be coachable and teachable.  RESPONSIBILITIES  Work with the Ministry Supervisor to develop vision and strategies for the spiritual formation of people within specific ministry areas.    Assist the Ministry Supervisor in the planning and execution of weekly schedules and events.  Plan and oversee outreach events for people who are not currently part of FBC.  Learn how ministry budgets work and the importance of good stewardship.  Assist ministry team with administrative tasks as assigned.  Meet regularly with the Ministry Supervisor for coaching and evaluation sessions.  Working Conditions  Typically, a 5-day work week in an office/service environment.
