JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Minor Works Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring accurate budgeting. This position requires strong commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of cost control measures to optimise profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Desirable -Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the construction or lift industry.
  • Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices - commercially aware
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
