REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience managing construction or maintenance projects between £20–£100k
  • Background in main contracting, fit-out, or FM environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and CDM responsibilities
  • Good organisational and planning skills – ability to run multiple jobs in parallel
  • Competent with Microsoft Suite or similar planning tools
  • CSCS Card essential; SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
  • Full UK driving licence required
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking an experienced and organised Project Coordinator to manage minor works projects ranging from £20,000 to £100,000 in value. You’ll take ownership of multiple projects with short durations (average 4 weeks), coordinating resources, subcontractors, and materials to deliver high-quality work under main contractor responsibilities.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone with a practical understanding of construction operations, health & safety, and the ability to juggle multiple short-term projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent minor works projects
  • Oversee site set-up, programming, subcontractor coordination, and close-out
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery
  • Produce and maintain programmes, RAMS, procurement schedules and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with H&S, CDM and company procedures
  • Manage project documentation, variations, and final accounts
  • Support tendering/pricing of new works in collaboration with commercial team
