Believe we will. Your opportunity Reporting to the Minor Works Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple Minor Works projects across Anglicare Sydney’s property assets. This is a full-time maximum term contract for 12 months. As the Minor Works Project Manager, you will manage project feasibility, planning, design, construction and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. You will work closely with asset managers, operational leaders, consultants and contractors to meet organisational and operational requirements. With integrity and accountability, you will: Deliver full lifecycle project management of assigned minor works projects Manage feasibility, planning, design, construction and handover activities Critically review design documentation to resolve ambiguity and technical risk Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget and scheduling expectations Manage contracts and negotiate with consultants and contractors to achieve cost‑effective outcomes Maintain accurate project administration, reporting and documentation Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Contribute to a strong safety culture in line with WHS and Injury Management System requirements What you’ll bring You are a confident and capable project manager with strong technical knowledge and a practical, solutions‑focused approach. You are comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, operating in live environments, and balancing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and communication. You will also need: Qualifications in Building, Project Management or a related building trade discipline Comprehensive knowledge of the NSW building industry, legislation and regulatory requirements Minimum five years’ experience in project management across multi‑disciplinary construction projects Demonstrated experience managing consultants and contractors Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills A current driver’s licence Experience with Archibus or similar systems (desirable) Why Anglicare?
