Description Summary As a Mirror Processing Technician, you will be essential in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality mirror products within a factory setting. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role involves utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to operate assembly lines effectively. With a high school diploma or GED, you will leverage core skills in manufacturing, utilizing relevant experience with hand and power tools. Your contributions will ensure efficient production processes and uphold the organization's commitment to excellence in product quality. Essential Job Functions Mirror/Glass cutting by hand Mirror Edging using the Edging machine Mirror Plotting using a CNC Plotting machine Mirror Blasting using Sand Blaster Using razor knives, screw guns, heat guns, glue guns, sanders, and other hand tools Inspect and test mirrors at each stage of the assembly process Operate the automated glass/mirror washer Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in manufacturing and assembly Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools Familiarity with assembly line processes Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility Previous warehouse experience is advantageous Requirements Sit, stand, and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
