Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

The primary focus of this role is to provide meaningful analytics and business reporting to support the decision-making function and build financial models to support strategic initiatives and monitor results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Reporting

  • Ensure that the daily/weekly and monthly reports are submitted in time to either internal stakeholders or for Principal submission (Honda Motor Corporation)
  • Enhance reporting to support quick identification of business operation gaps and propose counter measures
  • Work with Automotive heads of departments, assisting them with implementation, tracking & reporting of transformational activities
  • Extract & collate data from multiple sources
  • Collaboration with diverse senior management team

Analysis

  • Support the business forecasting process by building operational models that simulate the possible impact of initiatives
  • Preparation of model level pricing to ensure margins are within acceptable standards
  • Cross functional reporting & operational change via agile change management processing, driving transformational growth in volumes/profits

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience & exposure in analytical profile
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
