Job Summary The MIS Analyst will collect, analyze, and present data to support informed decision-making, focusing on creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for various stakeholders. They also ensure data accuracy, maintain systems, and identify areas for process improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software tools. Key Responsibilities ○ Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports to Project/WFM Manager and other stakeholders. ○ Maintain the MIS to ensure reliable, accurate and customised data reports. ○ Develop and document procedures for MIS data outcome and reporting. ○ Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data. ○ Generate accurate and timely reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). ○ Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. ○ Ensuring the data integrity across all reporting systems. ○ Enable data visualization to simple dashboards supported by underlined data. ○ Developing and maintaining reports that aid in managerial decision-making. ○ Analyzing data trends to provide actionable insights. ○ Implementing reporting tools and dashboards for enhanced data visualization. ○ Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions. Education Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Workforce Management, Kronos). · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suit. Experience · 5+ years of experience in workforce optimization and productivity monitoring. · Skills o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage learners and stakeholders. o Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
