About the role As an MIS Collection Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing and analyzing data to monitor and improve Amartha’s collection performance. This role focuses on creating insightful dashboards and reports to track key metrics like delinquency trends, agent productivity, and recovery rates. You’ll work closely with the Collections, Credit Risk, and Data teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, while also using your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improving collection strategies and reducing defaults. If you enjoy working with data, automating reports, and turning numbers into actionable insights, this role will give you the opportunity to make a real impact on business performance and operational efficiency. Job Description Develop and maintain MIS reports for collections performance, delinquency trends, agent productivity, and recovery rates. Monitor KPIs across portfolios (e.g., early buckets, NPLs) and provide weekly/monthly dashboards to management. Analyze historical data to recommend strategies for improving collection efficiency and reducing defaults. Collaborate with collections, credit risk, and data teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow. Automate and optimize reporting processes using SQL or Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI/Tableau, Python). Track effectiveness of collection campaigns and dialer strategies; suggest improvements based on data insights. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields. Min 1 year experience in MIS reporting, analytics, or similar roles in collections or credit risk. Proficient in SQL, Excel and spreadsheet (advanced), and one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Python ). Knowledge of collections processes, delinquency stages, and performance metrics. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
