About the Role The MIS Executive – Fleet Management is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing data systems and reporting processes for fleet operations. The role involves generating and automating MIS reports, performing data analysis to support operational and financial decision-making, monitoring vendor performance, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency. What You’ll be Doing ● MIS Report Generation & Database Management: Manage and maintain a database, generate and automate MIS reports for fleet operations, and ensure accuracy in reporting. ● Data Analysis: Analyze monthly/weekly spending and revenue data, identify issues or errors, and collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies. ● Report Maintenance: Maintain historical data through reports and spreadsheets, handle email requests, and ensure data accuracy for decision-making. ● Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports. ● Stakeholder Insights: Provide actionable insights based on existing data to internal and external stakeholders. ● Vendor Performance & Payout Validation: Monitor vendor performance and payout issues, identify discrepancies, and ensure alignment with service agreements. ● Data Extraction & Consolidation: Extract data into spreadsheets and prepare monthly consolidations using strong analytical and spreadsheet skills. ● Maintenance Cost MIS: Prepare monthly maintenance cost MIS reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) What You will need for this position ● Software Proficiency: Google Sheets, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and portal access for fleet management tools. ● Advanced Spreadsheet Functions: Expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, and other advanced formulas for data analysis. ● Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights. ● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
