Roles & Responsibilities

Daily & Periodic Reporting

• Prepare and circulate the daily sales flash report (storewise sales, LFL growth, footfall/invoices, basket value) to Store Operations and Commercial leadership within the agreed daily cut-off.
• Compile the weekly and monthly Storewise Summary (A3 pack) covering Sales, LFL/NLFL performance, SP%, Promo%, HD% and growth vs target across all regions and stores.
• Own the month-end MIS pack, consolidating sales, KPI and scorecard data for review with Regional and Head Office leadership.
