Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and business teams. Design and manage advanced Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and automated reports. Develop, modify, and maintain VBA Macros to automate repetitive reporting and data processing tasks as per changing business requirements. Upload, extract, and fetch data from databases using SQL queries to support reporting and analysis needs. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all MIS outputs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Monitor data trends, identify gaps, and highlight key observations for management review. Maintain proper documentation of reports, macros, and processes. Support audits, reconciliations, and ad-hoc data requests as needed. Job Requirements / Skills Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards). Hands-on experience with VBA Macros, including the ability to modify and enhance existing macros as per business requirements. Working knowledge of SQL, with capability to upload data, write queries, and fetch data from databases. Experience in handling large datasets and automating MIS workflows.
