MIS Executive Department Tractor & Farm Equipment Number of Positions 1 Location Mumbai Reporting Relationships National Sales Manager Position Grade M2 Job Role primarily includes: Preparing Monthly/Daily reporting of business/Financial Competition Benchmarking/Market Share analysis Preparing of RM Reports. – Cross Sell Product / Business Incentive / Manpower Productivity. Drafting / Running Employee R & R Schemes till start to end. Preparing first level MTD & YTD Budget which has to be submitted to corporate team at HO. Periodically review of the business portfolio performance of the program. Preparation and presentation of the sanction report on monthly basis to business head. Adhere and improve the TAT of the sales appraisal process by improving efficiency and promoting teamwork. Suggest improvements in the existing process to streamline operations for better efficiency and robustness. Ensuring 100% scrutinizing - Tractor Dealers Volume Link Incentive Payout on monthly basis. Graduate or Post Graduate with Strong analytical skill and quick learning capabilities. Proactive and should be able to understand business 2+ year of relevant experience. Ability to analyze Business problems, identify opportunities of improvement and solve business problems.
Responsibilities
