Accountabilities Scope of Work Data Architecture & Governance Maintain HR data systems and structures, ensuring data privacy and compliance. Data Quality Run regular data audits and checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems. Reports & Analytics Dashboard Create HR dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key HR metrics like attrition, headcount, and productivity. Insights Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support workforce planning and HR decision-making. Stakeholder Support Partner with HR teams and leaders to deliver data-driven solutions and recommendations. Education Qualification Postgraduate degree in HR, Analytics, Data Science, or related field Experience 4–8 years in HR / People Analytics Hands-on experience in Power BI and advanced Excel; ability to independently prepare & design HR dashboards Exposure to Oracle HCM is an added advantage
