Work mode – Work from office (Mon-Fri) Shift Time – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Experience – 15+ years Location – Gurugram KEY RESPOSIBILITY AREA Advanced Excel Proficiency Strong command of complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, nested functions). Skilled in pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dynamic data analysis tools. Experience with macros and task automation (preferred). Data Handling & Transformation Proficient in data cleaning, structuring, and transforming datasets from multiple sources. Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards. Power BI & SQL Experience creating interactive dashboards in Power BI. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Understanding of data modeling and relational databases. Communication Clear and professional written communication (e.g., emails, documentation). Strong verbal skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder communication. Preferred Attributes Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with large datasets in fast-paced environments. Programming knowledge (Python, R, VBA, etc.) is a plus for automation and processing tasks. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS Must have bachelor's degree. Experience should be 12+ years in MIS profile. Excellent in MS Excel and Power BI Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have a laptop with 16GB RAM and fast internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps.
